The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to serve the guests with respect. They organize various activities for the guests. The spa is excellent. The view of the rice fields gives a breathtaking experience.
The restaurants are overpriced, and the food quality is poor.

The resort is new and offers a luxurious feel with serene pathways and two pool areas, one with a waterfall and bridge, and the other next to the restaurant. The Asian restaurant offers good quality food, and the service is good. the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of nature.
The hotel lacked the Bali feels, and the pool restaurant should have been better. the coffee during breakfast was not satisfactory, as it was made using a Jura machine.

Luxurious resort with attentive staff and delicious food. The spa services, such as the couple massage and facial were exceptional. The shuttle service and the assistance to rent a car made it easy to explore the nearby sights.
The pool in the villa was small with no view. Some mistakes were made, like forgetting to refill the minibar or repeatedly calling in the morning for breakfast.

I had a warm welcome at check-in and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when my family fell ill, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the spa is amazing. The views of the rice fields are simply breathtaking. Though there were some technical issues with the rooms' TV and lighting, overall, I had a fantastic stay at Kappa Senses. I highly recommend this hotel.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were amazing. The Spa & wellness centre's full body massage was top-notch, with a refreshing spa lounge offering foot massages and beauty treatments. The infinity pool was pure bliss, surrounded by a beautiful garden area with sun terraces and beach umbrellas. The exclusive treatment room was an added bonus for my relaxation. This hotel's service was unrivaled, with the staff always going out of their way to ensure every need was fulfilled.
The BBQ facilities were not up to par, and the lack of outdoor dining areas was a let-down. Despite that, the restaurant offered a delicious array of dishes, with great options for special diet menus.
